The Grafito Acrílico en Papel is a graphite-drawing series that features the Fashion District’s cartographic projection as a form to work with. Beyond the represented space, the Fashion District is a living space where the tension between commercial interests and social rights generates a new urban landscape. The diversity of the place inspired me to insert elements on the graphite-drawings such as nails, acrylic colored canvas cutouts, tape and staples.
